Practical, Sensitive, Evidence-Based Explorations.

To be human is to know loss. Throughout our lives, we all experience change and loss, often bringing significant challenges. I offer specialised in-person and online workshops that are open to anyone interested in learning more about loss, change and grief, and/or therapeutic approaches using creative and embodied methods. These sessions are suitable for those with personal or professional interest - whether you're exploring your own experience or seeking to expand your practice.

What to expect

  • Clear, structured sessions with practical tools

  • A small group setting, with space for discussion and reflection

  • Online and in-person options to suit your needs

  • Thoughtful facilitation with clear and supportive boundaries for your comfort

Who it's for

  • People navigating times of change and loss

  • Professionals interested in learning more about loss or seeking a reflective space

  • Those interested in therapeutic or creative practice

Workshops include:

  • Grief in the Everyday
Exploring how grief shows up in day-to-day life and relationships, using structured reflection and creative tools.

  • Exploring Change and Transition
A space to explore life changes - planned or unexpected - and the emotional responses they stir.

  • Grief and the Body
A session exploring how grief can be held and expressed physically. Understanding the physiological impact of grief and ways to support the body through movement, breath, and grounding practices to support regulation

  • Stories and Symbols of Loss
A creative workshop exploring the personal stories, symbols, and metaphors that help us remember and make sense of grief. Whether it’s a place, a song, an object or an image, symbols offer a meaningful language beyond words.
