Fees
Individual therapy sessions
From £60
Sessions last up to 1 hour. They may be shorter depending on individual need, particularly when working with young children. Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly.
To support the therapeutic process, I ask clients to commit to an initial block of six sessions. This offers a consistent space for us to begin exploring together and time to see whether the work feels right for you. After the initial block, we’ll review and decide how best to continue.

Group therapy sessions
From £75
Sessions last 90 minutes. Group therapy offers a supportive and collaborative space to explore themes such as change, loss, and grief alongside others.
I also offer groups specifically for trainee dramatherapists and therapists seeking a reflective, peer-based space within a therapeutic setting.
Please get in touch to find out more about current or upcoming groups.
Reduced rate sessions
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for those who may not be able to afford the full fee. If you’d like to explore this, please contact me to see if a space is available.
Concessions are also available for trainee therapists - please feel free to get in touch to discuss this further.
Payment
Payment is made via a secure online link (Zettle), which I send by email before each session or at the time of booking. Payment is required on receipt. If another method works better for you, I can arrange invoices for BACS transfers or accept cash for in-person sessions.
Retreats
Retreats offer time and space for deeper reflection, rest, and connection - to gently explore your experience of change, loss and grief in a supportive setting.
Fees vary depending on format, venue, and duration. As a guide, day-long retreats typically start from £125 and include lunch, refreshments, and all materials.
Fee reviews
I review my fees annually to reflect the value of the work and the increasing costs of running a sustainable and ethical private practice. Any changes are shared in advance and typically take effect at the beginning of the year.
